At Real Cool Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and take pride in what we create. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase. For items sold through our partner sites, please review those policies as they supercede ours.

Shipping

Free USA Shipping for Items directly ordered through out website checkout. Shipping rates may apply for customized items fulfillment via our verified Zazzle store.


Returns

For Items purchased directly through our website. We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original packaging when applicable
  • Return must be authorized in advance

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads including books
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items

We do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely received. Real Cool Company is not responsible for lost return shipments.

For purchases made using a gift card, approved refunds will be issued as store credit toward a future purchase.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email contact@realcoolcompany.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Clear photos of the packaging

Damage claims must be submitted promptly after delivery.


Undeliverable Items

Real Cool Company is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Errors in delivery information
  • Forwarding issues
  • Delivery holds
  • Carrier-related delivery problems

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with delivery issues.

If a package does not return safely to Real Cool Company due to delivery problems, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reordering the product.


Refused Deliveries

Real Cool Company does not accept refused delivery returns (forced returns).

No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries.
